One in which they say that you should not have food at smaller interval. Have it once and have it properly was their mantra.&lt;br /&gt;And the other one is the one in which they suggest to have food after small small duration.&lt;br /&gt;I can remember some justifications also that were given to me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today one of my friends, Gajinder, told him his logic which was different and sounds convincing. He supported the latter diet pattern. He said when we give a larger gap then our body is starved and it tries to adapt to such a situation by reducing the metabolism. So if we do it daily it will result in reduction in metabolism which results in weight gain. So its advisable to eat food at small small duration. But every time I used to stop myself because normally there is nothing very interesting that I have to tell to people. Finally today I decided that I should give it a try even if I don't have anything special to say. I thought I will put some very basic simple things that I learn in my daily life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I still remember one thing that my cousin once told me. She said that if you can learn one thing everyday( through newspaper, friends, colleagues, TV ... anything ), good or bad, someday you will become successful. Good things will teach you what you would want to do and bad things will teach what all not to do. I am not sure I am following her advice or not but i thought its worth to put up whatever I learn on this blog because sharing knowledge always helps ( helps in verifying the correctness of the learning and also in building up the knowledge)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For me it would be basically micro-blogging where I would put up some small-small things which I'll learn in my daily life.
